I’m home…

And already I’m stressed out.

So I’ve been to Sri Lanka for three weeks. In the meantime I had trusty nii-sama take care of the house. It sure has been pretty embarrassing to summon him only because my friggin key broke. If he hadn’t come so incredibly fast, I’d have been forced to break into my own house.

Also, I’ve had little to no sleep. I left the resort at 11 pm to catch a delayed plane at six in the morning. I also forgot to rest during the day before leaving, and since sleeping is not an option in a plane and/or airport, the amount of sleep I got in the past 48 hours can be counted on merely two hands. Yet I’m not sleepy at all.

Only thing that’s been bothering me are the humongous goodbye kisses left by the mosquitoes. Each mosquito bite leaves one hell of a bump. The area it covers is as big as my friggin handpalm. o.0

But anyways. Other than the lack of sleep, swollen mosquito bites all over the place and my dying legs, Sri Lanka has been nice. Not the best trip I had, but okay. Can’t have everything. It sure was an interesting experience seeing a cow grazing carefree in the middle of a rather busy crossroads. And might I say the traffic is hell over there. They won’t even slow down or move away when you’re crossing the road. I felt like Frogger, only without a Reset button or extra lives.

On another note, unfortunately for you – or not – I’ve been unable to produce a lot of shiny new goodness. Okai, not really, I made a lot of drawings, but they are for personal use. (sorray) Though I did make a lot of photos. *le joy*
